How do I place orders?
You can place your order via email. Write to xk_zheng@hotmail.com which bags you want, with protuct number, quantities, preferably with pictures.Or you can buy the product directly on our website.
Once we receive your order, we will check the stock for you, and send you a invoice with the total costs. If you agree, you can make your full payment We will send your package once we get the money.

 How to pay?
We accept credit card(Visa,mastercard,Amex,Discover) , western union,moneygram,and bank wire transfer(bank of china).Usually,we prefer to credit card and western union,it very fast(within 10 mins).When your amounts is big,you can choose bank wire transfer,it will take less than the other ways.

Which currency the prices are in at our website?
The currency are in US dollars.  And you needn’t take USD,just take you local currency ,then tell the accountant of the bank how much you will pay by USD,the banker will tell you how much by you local currency.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We will ship the bags within 1-2 days after we confim your order, unless otherwise noted. Any orders placed over the weekend, (After 3:30 P.M. on Saturday & Sunday,) will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 3-7 days for delivery. On rare accessions we may have an unexpected delay on an order.

 How can I know my order status?
Once we send the bags, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your bags until they reach you.
